Tatiana Reinoza Perkins (El Salvador, 1981). Tatiana is currently pursuing a Masters in Art History at The University of Texas at Austin. The focus of her research is to document the contributions of contemporary Latin American and Latino artists in the United States. This past summer, she completed a fellowship at the Smithsonian Institution through the Latino Museum Studies Program. She is also a graduate of the National Association of Latino Arts and Culture Leadership Institute. In 2004, Tatiana received her Bachelor of Arts in Art Studio from California State University Sacramento, where she co-founded the Women’s Art Forum. Through her leadership and initiative, she has coordinated visiting artist lectures, curated art exhibits, and organized workshops for youth.

I love your blog. You also have a nice prose style. Have you considered doing art reviews in the local papers? Something to consider among your big plate of things to do.

hello tati, just wanted to give a thanks for blogging about the southside exhibit. glad u enjoyed it. im working on trying not to get as frustrated with museums and installers and the whole system….might be a while though….haha. till then, i must continue the fight via cellphone! -vincent

Saludos, Gracias por lo de La 15, en realidad hay una gran espectativa por el espacio que dirijo aca en PR.
Es un espacio te pretende validar solo lo mejor y lo mas completo del panorama contemporaneo.
Por supuesto no cabe todo, es un espacio muy pequeno con una estetica muy neutral, por lo tanto el contenido del espacio nunca compite con la forma.
Nos estamos ganando el respeto del publico de esas corrientes de vanguardia poco a poco, el trabajo es a largo plaso, ya veremos como se desarrollara el proyecto en el futuro.
